MTV EXIT AND SUPERSTAR HAN GENG LAUNCH “HUMAN TRAFFIC: CHINA”
4 SEPTEMBER 2013, BEIJING – MTV EXIT and Chinese superstar Han Geng today launched “Human Traffic: China”, a powerful new documentary aiming to raise awareness and help prevent human trafficking in China.
“MTV EXIT worked closely with anti-trafficking agencies across China to document the real stories of people affected by human trafficking,” said Matt Love, Director, MTV EXIT. “Our goal is to educate young people on this critical social issue, and encourage audiences to take action if they suspect human trafficking is happening in their communities.”

ALEX KAVVADIAS AND MTV EXIT LAUNCH NEW MUSIC VIDEO TO FIGHT HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Award-winning rock artist Alex Kavvadias today celebrates the launch of a music video aimed at raising awareness of the issue and impact of human trafficking and exploitation around the world. Kavvadias is an Australian-born Greek artist.
The music video titled “False Hope” was produced in collaboration with MTV EXIT. The gripping four-minute music video takes viewers inside the emotional story of a mother saying goodbye to her young daughter who leaves home to follow the promise of a job and new life. Hope for a better future soon fades as the girl finds herself trapped in the world of modern-day slavery.

BUTTERFLY: AN MTV EXIT DRAMA PRODUCTION, PREMIERES IN THAILAND
MTV EXIT announces the world premiere of “Butterfly: An MTV EXIT Drama Production,” a powerful program aiming to raise awareness and help prevent human trafficking in Asia. Produced in Korea by MTV EXIT, “Butterfly” is an original, 75-minute, three-part drama series of interweaving stories that highlight different aspects of human trafficking, with the common aim of raising awareness on the issue of modern day slavery.
